Our Commitment

Every Nomad's Nest teardrop caravan is handcrafted with premium materials and meticulous attention to detail. We warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring your investment is protected.

Warranty Coverage

Structural Components - 5 Years

Coverage includes:

  • Frame and chassis construction
  • Teardrop shell and body integrity
  • Joints, welds, and structural connections
  • Floor and roof structure

Water Resistance - 3 Years

Protection against water ingress under normal use:

  • Roof and seam waterproofing
  • Window and door seals
  • Hatch and vent installations

Components & Systems - 2 Years

Warranty on integrated systems:

  • Electrical wiring and connections
  • Interior cabinetry and fixtures
  • Hardware and latches
  • Plumbing systems (if installed)

Third-Party Components - Manufacturer Warranty

These items are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties:

  • Tires and wheels
  • Axle and suspension components
  • Appliances and electronics
  • Mattress and cushions

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
  • Failure to perform recommended maintenance
  • Damage from improper towing or overloading
  • Acts of nature (storms, floods, extreme temperatures)
  • Cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality
  • Accessories not installed by Nomad's Nest

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a warranty issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@nomadsnest.eu with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Provide photos or videos documenting the defect
  3. Our team will assess the claim within 5 business days
  4. If approved, we'll arrange for repair or replacement
  5. All warranty repairs must be performed by Nomad's Nest or authorized partners

Maintenance Requirements

To maintain your warranty coverage, you must:

  • Perform regular inspections before and after trips
  • Clean and maintain seals and moving parts
  • Store the caravan properly when not in use
  • Follow all care instructions in the owner's manual
  • Keep records of maintenance and servicing

Warranty Transfer

This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners during the warranty period. To transfer, the new owner must notify us within 30 days of purchase with proof of ownership transfer. The warranty period remains based on the original purchase date.

Limitation of Liability

This warranty is your exclusive remedy. Nomad's Nest is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, travel expenses, or other indirect costs. Our maximum liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.
