Product Details
We design and manufacture teardrop campers and related accessories. While we strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications, variations may occur due to material availability, manufacturing improvements, or customizations requested by the customer. We reserve the right to update or modify product details at any time without notice.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment terms:
- Prices are listed in EURO and may be changed without notice
- A deposit of 40% is required to begin production of a camper
- The deposit is typically non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing
- Full payment must be received before delivery or pickup
Production Timeline
The estimated build term is between 30 and 50 days. Times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supply chain issues, weather, customization, or other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any changes to your delivery timeline.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery details:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
- Shipping or delivery fees may apply and will be stated at the time of purchase
- Once a camper is released to a shipping carrier or picked up, risk of loss transfers to the customer
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the made-to-order nature of our campers:
- Cancellations after production begins may result in forfeiture of your deposit
- Accessories or merchandise may be eligible for return within 30 days if unused and in original condition
- Custom-built campers are not returnable except as required by law
Warranty
Nomad's Nest Teardrops offers a limited warranty on new campers. Warranty terms, coverage, and exclusions are provided separately and may vary based on model and components. Misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear-and-tear are not covered under warranty. For detailed warranty information, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, photos, designs, text, and graphics—is the property of Nomad's Nest Teardrops and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without written permission.
